Price & Insurance

We encourage you to talk to your own insurance provider and doctors about the help they are able to provide. Every situation is unique. This section is just meant to give you an idea of what you may face with your own insurance provider.

Most private insurances, Medicare and Medicaid will cover hearing assessment (testing and audiologist visits) however, they usually do not cover the cost of the hearing aid itself. Depending on the plan you have, your insurer may cover part of the cost. Generally, cochlear implants are at least partially covered by insurance.

Hearing aid prices can range from $2000-$7000. Cochlear implant prices can range from $50,000-$100,000.
